Data Deletion

Effective date: May 15, 2026

Students and parents can request account or profile deletion from Life Baker Online School. Some billing, security, support, or legal records may need to be retained for a limited period where the law, accounting, fraud prevention, content security, or dispute handling requires it.

How To Request Deletion

• Open the Life Baker Online School app.
• Go to Support.
• Create a support ticket with the category Privacy or Account.
• State whether the request is for the whole account or a specific child profile.
• Include the registered email or phone number so support can verify the account owner.

What Can Be Deleted

• Student profile details.
• Parent profile details where no retained billing/support record requires the account.
• Learning progress and study analytics where deletion is approved.
• Offline device licences and app-private downloaded assets.
• Support messages not required for dispute or abuse handling.

What May Be Retained Temporarily

• Payment records required for accounting, refund, fraud, or provider reconciliation.
• Security logs related to suspicious video access, device abuse, or account safety.
• Support records needed to resolve an active dispute or legal request.

Expected Timeline

Support will review deletion requests and may ask for verification. Straightforward requests should be handled as soon as reasonably possible after verification.
