Life Baker Online School provides learning, practice, video lessons, revision, parent visibility, support, payments, and educational games for students. This policy explains the information we collect, why we collect it, and how families can ask questions or request deletion.

Information We Collect

Account information such as name, email address, phone number, password, and role.
Student profile information such as class level, goals, weak subjects, exam targets, and avatar choices.
Parent profile and child-linking information used to show progress reports.
Learning activity such as lessons watched, video progress, quiz answers, tests, revision, AI help requests, game sessions, badges, and analytics events.
Device information used for security, offline video licences, suspicious activity checks, and app reliability.
Payment references, subscription state, and billing support context. We do not store card numbers in the mobile app.
Support tickets, question reports, and messages sent to our support team.

How We Use Information

To create and protect student, parent, and admin accounts.
To recommend lessons, revision, practice, tests, games, and study plans.
To show parents evidence of learning progress and weak areas.
To enforce subscriptions, premium access, offline download rules, and device limits.
To secure Bunny video playback through Laravel and prevent raw video download abuse.
To answer support requests and correct reported content issues.
To improve app reliability, learning outcomes, and content quality.

AI Study Help

AI help is routed through the Life Baker Online School backend. The mobile app does not receive AI provider keys. AI requests may include class, subject, topic, current question, lesson context, and recent performance so the answer can stay academic and age-appropriate.

Video And Offline Learning

Premium video playback and offline downloads are authorised by Laravel. Offline videos are intended to be encrypted, app-private, device-bound, and expiring. The app does not save protected videos to the gallery or public Downloads folder.

Sharing

We do not sell student learning records. We may share limited information with service providers that help operate the platform, such as hosting, payments, notifications, video streaming, support, and AI processing. These services should only process information needed for the platform.

Data Retention

We keep account, learning, support, payment, and security records for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal or accounting obligations, handle disputes, protect content, and support parent visibility. Families may request deletion using the data deletion page.

Children And Parents

Life Baker Online School is designed for secondary-school learning with parent visibility. Parent accounts can create and manage child profiles. Parents should contact support if a child account was created without proper permission.
